The students were tasked with designing and producing a seating structure capable of carrying a maximum weight of 90kg, with a set of raw materials included, a ball of string, some paper, several sheets of thin veneer and tannin. Prizes were awarded to the sturdiest, the lightest and the most inventive group solution.
